Role Overview
As a Senior Finance Recruiter at FD Capital, you will play a key role in sourcing, engaging, and placing top-tier senior finance talent across various industries. You will have the autonomy to build and manage your own desk, backed by an established brand, a high-quality candidate pool, and a collaborative team culture.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the full 360° recruitment cycle: business development, candidate sourcing, client relationship management, and offer negotiation.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and financial leadership requirements.

Source and screen senior finance professionals including FDs, CFOs, and senior finance managers.

Manage and grow a personal client portfolio, leveraging FD Capital’s strong market presence.

Contribute to the growth strategy of the business through market insight, new ideas, and mentoring junior recruiters (if applicable).

Stay up to date with industry trends, salary benchmarking, and market movements.
Requirements

Proven experience in senior finance recruitment (agency or in-house).

Strong network within the UK finance and accounting space.

Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and entrepreneurial in approach.

Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.

Comfortable with remote work and modern recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM systems, etc.).
