Job Title: Part-Time Finance Business Partner (Property Sector)
Location: 100% Remote with occasional trips to London
Compensation: £400 - £600 per day
Time Commitment: 3 days per week
Role Overview: Our clients are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join their team on a part-time basis. This is a unique opportunity for a highly skilled finance professional to contribute to a dynamic company within the property sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong FP&A skills, have a sharp analytical mindset, and be highly proficient in Excel. This role is entirely remote, with occasional travel to London required for key meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior management to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to drive business growth and profitability.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models in Excel to support business planning and scenario analysis.
- Collaborate with operational teams to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Support month-end and year-end financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
- Present financial reports and analysis to senior management, providing clear and concise explanations of financial trends and variances.
- Assist with ad-hoc financial projects and analysis as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner, preferably within the property sector.
- Strong financial planning and analysis (FP&A) skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Highly analytical with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including experience with financial modeling and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior management and operational teams.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to London for key meetings.
