Compensation: £1,000 per day

As they continue to grow and expand, they are seeking a highly experienced and flexible Fractional CFO to partner closely with our CEO. Role Overview: As a Fractional CFO, you will play a crucial role in driving the financial strategy of the company. You will work closely with the CEO, providing financial insights, strategic advice, and operational leadership. This role requires a deep understanding of the infrastructure and manufacturing sectors, and the ability to work flexibly, both remotely and on-site as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the CEO to develop and execute the company’s financial strategy.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Provide strategic financial guidance and insights to support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Manage cash flow, financial reporting, and compliance to ensure the company’s financial health.
- Lead financial risk management, including evaluating investment opportunities and capital allocation.
- Collaborate with senior management to drive operational improvements and cost efficiencies.
- Support fundraising activities and manage relationships with investors, banks, and other financial stakeholders.
- Provide leadership in financial decision-making and ensure alignment with the company’s long-term goals.
- Occasionally visit the East Midlands HQ for key meetings and on-site review
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CFO, preferably within the infrastructure and manufacturing sectors.
- Strong understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to influence and drive change within the organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner effectively with the CEO and other senior leaders.
- Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ability to work flexibly and remotely, with occasional travel to the East Midlands HQ.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to excellence.
