Job Overview:
As the Finance Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial management of the company. - Financial Planning and Analysis:

- Cash Flow Management and Treasury:
- Manage cash flow and working capital to optimize financial resources.

- Develop and implement strategies for foreign exchange management and risk mitigation.
- Financial Strategy and Business Development:
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute the company's financial strategy.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support business development initiatives.
- Evaluate potential investments, conduct financial due diligence, and assess risks.
- Support the evaluation of mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, manage, and develop a finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Finance Director - Luton - Bedfordhire
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) is highly desirable.
- Proven experience as a Finance Director or in a similar senior finance leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles, practices, and accounting standards.
- Demonstrated experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements, tax laws, and compliance in the aviation sector.
- Proficiency in cash flow management, treasury, and working capital optimization.
