We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Social Media Manager to join our team on a remote basis. As a Social Media Manager, you will play a vital role in enhancing our online presence, building brand awareness, and engaging with our target audience across various social media platforms.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with FD Capital Recruitment's brand identity and business goals.
- Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Curate and schedule social media posts to ensure a consistent and engaging presence across platforms.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries received through social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and incorporate innovative ideas to optimize our social media presence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Monitor social media analytics and generate reports to assess the performance of social media activities, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Identify and engage with industry influencers, partners, and relevant communities to expand our social media reach and foster strategic partnerships.
- Proactively identify emerging social media platforms and trends to explore new opportunities for reaching our target audience.
- Stay informed about industry news, trends, and competitor activities to leverage insights in our social media strategy.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the recruitment or professional services industry.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, their respective best practices, and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
- Strong knowledge of finance and accounting industry trends and terminologies.
- Proficient in using social media management tools, scheduling software, and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics.
- Analytical thinking to interpret social media metrics and generate actionable insights.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work well under deadlines.
- Experience with remote work and proficiency in using virtual collaboration tools is preferred.
