We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to take on the role of Joint CFO/Executive Producer in our film production company. As the Joint CFO/Executive Producer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations and creative aspects of our projects. You will be responsible for managing the financial health of the company while simultaneously ensuring the successful execution of our film productions.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced hybrid Chief Financial Officer / Executive Producer to direct and oversee the financial activities of the agency. This individual will play a vital role in our growth andmission. They will provide strategic financial insight while also ensuring the agency's day to day financialoperations are in line with statutory regulations and legislation, as well as best practices in the variousindustries the agency operates within.

Oversee and manage the financial planning and budget management functions for the consultancy arm of BNA, ensuring transparency and accuracy in all financial dealings.
● Design and implement financial strategies and infrastructure for the development and monetisationof intellectual properties, while considering industry standards, trends, and legal guidelines.
● Manage the economic aspects of talent representation, including contract negotiations, deal structuring, and commission tracking.
● Develop a financial framework for our creative production services, overseeing production budgets, licensing fees, shopping agreements, and managing finances related to both above the line and below the line talent.
● Construct and maintain financial models to inform the valuation and deal structure of our client partnerships, focusing on the unique blend of cash and equity compensation models.
● Drive financial planning and analysis for the agency, guiding the leadership team in strategic decision-making based on accurate financial forecasts and reports.
● Develop financial strategies for the sustainability and profitability of the agency, balancing innovative financial solutions with fiscal responsibility and risk management.
● Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential investors, particularly angel investors aligned with BNA's mission.
● Ensure the agency's financial practices and procedures comply with statutory regulations and legislation, taking into account the diverse jurisdictions we operate within due to our international client base (UK, EU, USA, Canada).
Expert knowledge of cap tables, growth shares, waterfalls, and financial modelling.
● Exceptional knowledge of deal structuring and negotiations including experience with term sheets,deal memos, and vesting structures.
● Familiarity with production budgets, licensing fees, option agreements, shopping agreements, above the line and below the line creative talent.
● A deep understanding of P&L management and the value of loss leaders.
● Proficiency in managing the financial structures of subsidiaries and international co productions.
● Highly networked with access to potential investors, particularly angel investors aligned with BNA'smission.
● Strong acumen in start-up financial management and a keen sense of cash flow.
● An understanding and acceptance of the inherent financial risks associated with film productionand agency life
